Shah Jahan Regency is an Indian Bengali drama film directed by Srijit Mukherji,[1] under the banner of SVF Entertainment Pvt Ltd, starring Abir Chatterjee, Parambrata Chatterjee, Anjan Dutt, Mamata Shankar, Anirban Bhattacharya, Swastika Mukherjee, Rudranil Ghosh and Rittika Sen while Rituparna Sengupta and Babul Supriyo appear in Guest appearances.[2] The movie, based on the popular novel Chowringhee by Mani Shankar Mukherjee, was released on 18 January 2019.[1]

To evaluate the biological relevance of different Spike affinities to shACE2 glycan variants for CoV2 infection, HEK293 cells that produce endogenous hACE2 at submarginal levels were made to ectopically express full-length hACE2 wt or the glycan deletants, and were then infected with SARS-CoV-2 Parental, Delta or Omicron. Western blotting using the cell membrane fraction confirmed that hACE2 wt and the glycan deletants were expressed at similar levels on the surface of these HEK293 cells (Fig. 4a, b). Virus entry into these cells by SARS-CoV-2 infection was then evaluated by counting foci, each of which were derived from a single infecting virus particle, in immunofluorescence assays.
